Neb: My... well, "yours" -- whatever...

Yuri: otouto...

Neb: brother...

Yuri: no namae wa...

Neb: his name...

Yuri: nani desuka?

See, the misunderstanding is based on similar sounding expressions: "Anata no otouto no namae wa, nani desuka?" which means: What's your brother's name? sounds like: "Anata no okouto no namae wa, nani desuka?", which means: What do you call that number that comes after thirty-nine? It's a good thing your testicles were not wired up to an electrical torture switch, like in a typical Japanese game show.
