I purchased a new drum set a while ago (2 or 3 weeks ago), and I've uploaded the pictures to Flickr, but I've only sadly gotten around to blogging about it now. I won't bore you with the reasons. Here are the pictures:

The second picture features a bunch of hot spots naming each piece of the kit, in case you want to brush up on your drumming terminology. The photos have since been out of date. I just threw the two sets together rather haphazardly. My good friend and drumming teacher, Elias, came over and helped me come up with a more sensible arrangement. Unfortunately, part of the arrangement meant sacrificing one of the toms (so now I only have 5 toms instead of 6), but the added ease of reach of the hi hat and drum pedals more than make up for it.
