Disney has hired some screenwriters to work on a remake of Tron. In case you're not familiar with Tron, it was a Disney movie released in 1982 about a guy who gets trapped into a computer which was incidentally doing something evil (can't remember if it was taking over the world or what). Anyway, for a 1982 movie, the special effects were really amazing. The characters had costumes with channels of light flowing through, so called "lightcycles" which were motorcycle which left a laser barrier behind them, flying M shaped assault vehicules, hover tanks, and killer frisbees.

Not much details out yet, except that the writers intend to use the Internet in some way or another.
