While dining at a local Nickels, I had overheard fragments of a conversation between effiminate (if not outright gay) men. The first anecdote I heard fit well within the stereotype of gay men; the second, not so much.
The first was about how one of the guys had to wait at a corner 45 minutes because the guy he was meeting up with had a "fashion emergency" and just had to buy some shoes.
The second, I only heard fragments of the story, it went something like this. "What happened to us last night was fucked up ... the next morning ... police ... area was cordonned off ... looking for bodies ..."
Normally I'd suspect they were talking about a video game or some other fictional environment, but the phrase "the next morning" makes me think this happened in real time, and thus in real life.
