I'm entering the market for a full feature cell phone or smartphone. I'm posting mainly because I don't know much about cell phones, so I'd appreciate any advice or recommendations.

I'm looking to pay up to $2000, and I'd like to use the device as a cell phone, digital camera, PDA and mp3 player. I'm willing to drop the mp3 playing feature if it'll enhance the other 3 features. If it does play MP3s, I'd like the phone to have between 3 and 5 gigs of disk space. Otherwise, I could probably get by with just 1 gig. I'd like the camera to be in the ball park of 2 megapixels (1.92 is fine), and I'd like the PDA to be able to synchronize with Outlook (so basically I'm looking at a WindowsME phone). If it does play MP3s, I'd like for it to have the battery power to be able to play 10 hours of MP3s continuously between recharges. I'd like for the recharge and synchronization of data to be as hassle free as possible, preferably I would just dock the phone into a craddle that's connect to my computer, and it'll charge and synchronize over night.

I don't really care about accessing the internet on my phone, and I don't really care about how it looks or if it's slim. So what are my options? What phones out there can do all this stuff?
