Especially cool is that this ring seems to be organized enough to hire girls all over the states, via telephone, and "mail drops". Long distance pimping. Couldn't find too many pictures of the girls, but Amy on this site also has the same 800 number listed as her contact.

Also amusing is that the pimp uses an example phone number (954) 255-2323, which google turns up to be number of a Yatch club in Florida.
