A student stole a Berkley's professor's laptop. They suspect it was to get the exam data. However, the laptop also contains extremely sensitive data: The professor's a consulting for an $10 million NIH trial, so the FBI's involved. He also has trade secrets from several multi million dollar companies (more consulting work?) The professor also claims to have a transponder in the laptop to track its exact location whenever it's turned on (I'm a bit skeptical about this, but if he really does have FBI related stuff, I suppose it's plausible).

If this is all true, the thief's in really big trouble. Here's a video (in torrent form) of the speech the professor gave at the end of class, in QuickTime MP4 format. Sometimes the video jams, so fast forward or rewind to fix it. It starts off with a still shot of a blackboard, but it should transition to the teacher talking by 0:25.
