Dublin, Ireland is hosting a game called "WaveHunt". Someone will be carrying a wireless access point and roaming around randomly around a mall. Your goal is to find him using a laptop or PDA and a wireless network card.

Sounds pretty fun, and probably quite hard! Your only hope is pretty much to wander around and look at your signal strength meter, which is very imprecise. It probably rates the signal strength on a scale from 0 to 5, with 0 meaning you've got no connection at all, and 5 meaning you're within something like 10 feet of the target. Even if you manage to get a level 5 signal, finding a guy within an area with 20 feet diameter in a crowded mall is not going to be easy.
